Oor die afgelope paar jaar het terme soos natuurlik en organies toenemend algemeen geword onder troeteldierkoskopers.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Troeteldierkosprodusente brei egter ook die omvang van hul bedrywighede uit en het hulle oormatig gewaag in die gebied van troeteldierkos met &#039;n ho\u00eb vleisinhoud.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><b>Wat is troeteldierkos met &#039;n ho\u00eb vleisinhoud?<\/b><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ons definieer troeteldierkos met &#039;n ho\u00eb vleisinhoud as enige soort troeteldierkos wat meer as 30% vars vleis bevat. Dit is min of meer &#039;n kombinasie van plantaardige prote\u00efene en lae-gehalte dierlike prote\u00efene, tesame met gewone vleis.<\/p>\n<p>Sedert die modewoord ontstaan het, maak al hoe meer troeteldierkosprodukte nou op een of ander vlak staat op vleisinhoud. Die oorkoepelende tendens het ontstaan uit die feit dat verbruikers nou &#039;n toenemende begeerte na beter verteerbaarheid het.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><b>Die uitdagings <\/b><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Die behoefte aan ho\u00ebgehalte-troeteldierkos kom egter ook met &#039;n stel uitdagings:<\/p>\n<p>Rou bestanddele is moeilik om mee te werk. Die gereelde vog en vet in die rou dierevoedselbestanddele maak dit baie moeilik vir die ekstrudervat om die regte kooktemperatuur te bereik. Dit is hoofsaaklik omdat die bestanddele geneig is om wrywing teen te werk.<\/p>\n<p>Boonop is daar baie variasie tussen die verskillende rou dierlike bestanddele. Die twee skroewe het &#039;n beduidende voordeel bo laasgenoemde en lei tot verbeterde knie- en mengvermo\u00ebns.
