Applications

• The jacketed heating vessel is a double walled vessel with an agitator. The cavity surrounding the inner shell is filled with a heated liquid to indirectly heat the product within the vessel. The agitator and heating function prevent solidification of the fat/oil
• The jacketed heating vessel is used for preparation, storage and dosing of liquid additives using a positive displacement pump
• Typical applications include snack foods, animal feeds, pet food/treats, meat analogue products and breakfast cereals
